Lawsuits regarding birth defects as a result of taking the drug Paxil during pregnancy continue to progress.
The Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Civil Trial Division rejected a Motion for Summary Judgment last week. On April 24th, the Court denied the motion and stated “there are too numerous disputed issues of material fact for Defendants to prevail at this stage of the litigation.”
